Changing Your Email: Printed How To
1. Let Your Office Broker’s Assistant Know First
Especially if you are a recent addition to our team, it is important that we update a number of administrative items on our end when you change your email. If you are planning on or have started using a new email, contact your Broker’s Assistant and let them know your new address.
4. Changing Your Email in Showingtime
In Showingtime, click “Edit Profile” under your profile picture and contact information.
Update your email in the first block on your screen, then click the green “Save Changes” button at the top of the screen .
7. Changing Your Email in ZipForm
In ZipForm, click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click “Profile & Settings” in the drop-down menu that appears.
In the new window that appears, update your email under “E-mail”.
Click “Sign In & Security” on the grey menu bar, then update your email under “Username”.
Click the green “Save” button to finish and save your changes.

5. Changing Your Email in MAX/CENTER
In MAX/CENTER, click on your name or profile picture in the top right corner, then click “Update Profile”
In the new window that appears, click “Edit” above your contact information.
In the new window that appears, click “Edit” next to your “ISP Email”.
Update your email, then click “Save” in the top right corner of the window.
Updating your email here will update booj, Megaphone, remax.com, and all other RE/MAX provided products.
3. Changing Your Email in MARIS
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then select “Settings”.
Select “My Information” on the new window that appears.
Update “Public Email Address” with your new email, then click the blue “Save” button in the bottom left corner.
Select “Input” from the menu at the top of the screen, then select “Edit Existing” under “Roster” in the new window that appears.
Search for yourself by MLS ID, then click “Data” to the left of your name in the results list.
Select “Agent – Agent Form”, update your email, if necessary, then click “Submit Agent” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Changing Your Email in Docusign & Docusign Transaction Rooms (DTR)
In Docusign, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select “Manage Profile” from the drop down that appears.
In the new window that appears, click “Update” to the right of your email address. Follow the instructions provided by Docusign and enter the code sent to your old email.
Update your email and enter the code sent to your new email.
All of your DocuSign Signature credentials (Email & Password) are integrated with ZipForm. This means if you change any aspect of your DocuSign Signature credentials, you will need to relink it to ZipForm.
To relink Docusign signatures to ZipFormPlus.com, log on to ZipForm and click on your name in the top right.
Click Preferences.
Click Settings.
Make sure the Docusign radio button is selected and enter your new Docusign Credentials, selecting save when finished.
